 General Conditions
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your province or state of residence.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted over various networks.

Products and Services (Cosmetics & Tools)
Accuracy: We strive to display the colors and images of our cosmetics (serums, facewashes) as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will be 100% accurate.
Safety: Products such as Wax Machines, Trimmers, and Hair Straighteners are electrical appliances. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow the provided safety instructions. Brando Store is not liable for injuries caused by misuse or improper handling of electrical tools.
Skin Sensitivity: Customers are advised to perform a patch test before using any new Serum or Facewash. Brando Store is not responsible for adverse skin reactions.

Shipping and Delivery
All orders are processed within 24 hours.
Delivery times (2–3 days for Lahore, 3–5 days for rest of Pakistan) are estimates and may vary during sales.
Open Parcel Policy: Customers are allowed to open the parcel before the rider leaves. Once the parcel is accepted and the rider leaves, Brando Store will not be held responsible for claims of missing items or physical damage.

Returns and Refunds
Hygiene Policy: Due to hygiene reasons, Cosmetics (Serums, Creams, Facewashes) and Personal Grooming Tools (used wax, trimmers, shavers) cannot be returned or exchanged once the seal is broken or the product is used.
Broken Items: As stated in our Shipping Policy, broken parcels will not be accepted or refunded. Please inspect the item during the “Open Parcel” window.

Pricing and Payments
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product (or any part of the service) without notice at any time.
Payment must be made via the methods provided at checkout (Cash on Delivery or Bank Transfer).

Prohibited Uses
You are prohibited from using the site or its content:
